Occupational Health & Safety Policy

Our organization strongly believes in delivering the highest quality of work and in the safest manner to meet client needs. We are fully committed to safeguarding the safety and health of our employees, and other stakeholders, including sub-contractors and visitors who are within our premises.

The top management are committed to fostering an organizational culture of OHS excellence and creating a safe and healthy working environment. To achieve our objectives, we shall:

  • Implement effective safety measures and programs;
  • Provide resources and support staff in creating an incident-free workplace;
  • Provide appropriate training and necessary personal protective equipment, devices and tools to enable staff to work safely;
  • Conduct risk assessment and take reasonably practicable measures to mitigate risks at the workplace;
  • Promote and raise OHS awareness;
  • Engage and consult staff on OHS matters;
  • We shall undertake responsibility to the prevention of occupational illness and injury;
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant legal, client and other requirements;
  • Continually review and improve our OHS performance and management and ensure it compliance with OHSAS18001: 2007 standards.

Quality Policy

Eng Soon Group adopts the policy of upholding client's specification and requirements with the pre-requisite quality so as to maintain "Total Customer Satisfaction".

The company has the vision of continual improvement in its operational performance and service quality to customers by implementing and maintaining the ISO 9001 Quality Management System. To achieve our objectives, we shall:

  • Understand and meet or exceed customer's requirements with innovative solutions.
  • Achieve minimum 99% completion rate for all projects.
  • Not received more than 2 complains (of same defect) per year.
  • Achieve minimum 99% customer's acceptance rate for all projects.
